The family business gives you the best that a kitchen in Apolda's restaurants can deliver. Better to order a seat beforehand if you really want to eat something there. Something is rarely available quickly. If you have to wait, it is definitely worth it. Oh yes and eat min. Nothing 8 hours in advance, otherwise you won't be able to make large portions.

Very good German home cooking at very good prices, always great and friendly staff, we are regularly there for our celebrations and sometimes spontaneously. It's best to call ahead and reserve. The poche is very well attended.

The inn is right on the street. The beer garden is to the left of the house. The service was great and the food was excellent. Can just be recommended!!!!

We've been there twice now. First time on Friday with the family when we came from a funeral service. The table was decently decorated and everyone was very polite to us. Because of a breakdown we had to go down again today and spontaneously decided to eat again today. Even so spontaneously it worked out wonderfully. Both days the food was excellent and the service very polite. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the nice day

Was good over 10 years ago. The quality and offer of the food has remained the same. The only disadvantage, word has got around and is therefore unfortunately not an insider tip. Almost nothing works without a reservation. Not even for one person ... Still good with friendly owners and staff and all delicious food.

In this inn you are served and fed as it should be. The staff is open-minded, friendly, courteous and careful. The dishes are very delicious and the price-performance ratio is perfectly adequate. There is a menu with regularly offered food and a seasonal menu. Top! You sit here quaint, rustic and cozy. There are plenty of parking spaces. Reservation is recommended. I will definitely come back.

Very good food was there for the first time on Saturday and will definitely come again. We had roast wild boar and a summer salad. The service was very friendly

The food tasted very good and was reasonably priced for an inn. The ambience gives the restaurant a certain old-fashioned flair and suits the area. We'd love to come back.

On weekends you have to reserve times in Corona. The atmosphere was consistent with the great food. The plates that passed me all looked very tasty and full. We had the trout and a delicious salad with cheese. The price performance ratio is 100%. If you want really tasty food, you are definitely at the right place. Keep it up....

Whilst visiting some of my relatives who lived Eisenberg in the old East Germany I took them to Auerstadt because of its history with Napoleon and the Prussian army and on the way to Jena we found this beautiful place and we stopped for some dinner and it was one of the best meals that I have ever had and I shall never forget it.
